Package design renewal — complete overhaul of the Olvi Long Drink product family. New life for an old faithful.
Although the products themselves are a mainstay of the Finnish refreshment category, this particular line had fallen behind the times. The packaging did not communicate quality, and lacked any cohesive unifying aspects.
The new look brought all the variants under the umbrella of a strong and recognisable style, that took inspiration from tradition, but at the same time did it in a way that is both contemporary and time-tested.
The result was a unified but flexible solution, that communicates quality and boosted the shelf power of the products significantly. As a clearly quantifiable improvement the sales numbers of the whole line were significantly increased without virtually any support from marketing.
