Marketing materials for one of the biggest projects in the Helsinki area in recent years, consisting of multiple residential buildings and a shopping center.

Redi consists of multiple high-rise buildings that will be the tallest in Finland at the time of completion. As a unique and ground breaking project at the time, the client emphasized the need to stand out and communicate quality, as well as the novelty of the concept regarding both the not-before-seen scale of the residential buildings as well as the breadth of services and features offered.

To this end, existing basic visual identity was partly refreshed and expanded, building on the core of an existing logo and colour palette. The prismatic shapes of the logo were echoed as patterns, to give the whole identity a cohesive throughline and a recognisable look through all implementations. Project included art direction and design of a range of different materials, including brochures, online advertising, and solutions for onsite and outdoor touchpoints.
